Payment Options
Dr. Chase Horton believes in the value of wellness care for you and your family and has maintained a pricing structure that allows care for all budgets. Our office participates in most insurance programs. We also accept auto accident and workers’ compensation cases. For patients who have little or no chiropractic insurance coverage, flexible payment programs can be arranged. To learn more about our payment options for chiropractic and wellness care, you can call our office directly.
Self Pay
We offer affordable self pay rates for patients who choose not to use health insurance to pay for their care. The average fee for your first visit including comprehensive exam and X-rays is $169.
After your first visit to our office, the fee for a regular chiropractor visit is $69.
Health Insurance
Most insurance plans are accepted at our office. We accept auto accident, and most health insurance plans, including Medicare. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call us to find out if your plan covers care in our office. Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment, at no charge.
Accident Related
Most of the time, if you were injured in an automobile accident, your or the other driver’s auto insurance will cover the bill. We would be happy to consult with you or your attorney about your options for receiving the care you need.

Do you accept HSA or FLEX spending?
Yes, we are able to accept HSA or Flex Spending Cards for copays or out-of-pocket costs not covered by insurance. You may also use these cards for product purchases, Functional Medicine and Mercier Therapy services.
What if I don't want to use my insurance?
Our goal is to make our treatment affordable and accessible for everyone. You are also able to use HSA or Flex Spending accounts to pay for these services. We can also provide you with a superbill which you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement if you have out of network benefits. Please note that reimbursement by your insurance company is not guaranteed and is based on your health insurance policy.
Is the full cost of care due upfront?
We are happy to work out payment plans if finances are a concern for you.
How long do visits usually take?
Your first visit to the office will normally take 45 minutes as we assess your needs and treatment options. After the treatment plan is established, the subsequent appointments take an average of 20 minutes.
Is chiropractor care ongoing?
Chiropractic care is a hands-on and personalized method of treatment, and thus requires patients to visit a chiropractor a number of times. Like physical therapy, this number varies depending on the severity of your condition and the rehab needed.
What clothing should I wear to appointments?
We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing to your appointments to make it easier for the staff to treat your aches and pains through massage, adjustments, and other forms of treatment.
How should I feel after my first visit?
Many of our patients feel much better after their first visit. Although the responses vary case to case, most patients feel more relaxed, flexible and sometimes more energetic after their initial exam and treatment.
Some patients may feel a bit tired and want to give their body rest, and that’s okay. Patients may feel sore or achy after their adjustment, since muscles have been pulling improperly along misaligned joints.
